Arcam AB (publ) held its Annual General Meeting on June 16, 2017. The following is an account of the most important resolutions and their main content.
The shareholders of Arcam AB (publ), Reg. No. 556539-5356, are hereby invited to participate in the Annual General Meeting on June 16, 2017, 9.00 a.m. CET at Krokslätts Fabriker, room “Smedjan”, Krokslätts Fabriker 41 in Mölndal. Registration for the meeting will take place between 8.00 and 9.00 a.m. CET.
Arcam AB, listed on NASDAQ Stockholm, exhibits this week at Rapid in Pittsburgh, the largest Additive Manufacturing exhibition in North America. At the exhibition Arcam presents the full range of products in the Group under the new brand identity - industrial additive manufacturing systems through Arcam EBM, metal powders through AP&C and implants contract manufacturing through DTI.
Arcam AB, listed on NASDAQ Stockholm, and a leading supplier in the Additive Manufacturing (“AM”) field, today launches a new branding identity for the Arcam Group, unifying the three businesses Arcam EBM, AP&C and DTI with a common mark and at the same time endorsing the operations as being part of GE Additive. In conjunction with the branding launch Arcam also releases its Annual Report for 2016, the first document using the new branding structure.
To effectively drive the continued growth of Arcam, the company's EBM-business will be separated from Arcam AB and placed in a new unit, Arcam EBM. Head of Arcam EBM is Karl Lindblom, who begins on April 3.
